PhilShopping.com Inc. (hereinafter also referred to as “PhilShopping.com”) is committed to ensuring that all your orders purchased from PhilShopping.com will be processed thoroughly, securely transported and delivered to you based on your preferred PhilShopping.com mode of delivery. This policy explains how PhilShopping.com addresses customer concerns regarding shipping and delivery of items ordered through PhilShopping.com.

By placing an order and/or purchasing products or services offered by the PhilShopping.com Website, you acknowledge, agree and/or accept this Policy as well as PhilShopping.com’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellations, Changes, Returns and Refund Policy.

This policy may change from time to time, without notice other than appearing on the Website. If PhilShopping.com decides to change all or any part of this policy, PhilShopping.com will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of cancellations, changes, returns and refund policy.

Handling and Packaging of Orders

Items are packed securely using sturdy recyclable packaging materials to ensure safe and secured handling of items by couriers. Designated couriers use appropriate carrying tools and devices as well as transportation methods to enable safe, easy and hassle-free delivery.

Geographical Scope of Delivery

PhilShopping.com delivers to most parts of the Philippines. In PhilShopping.com’s effort to fulfill its commitment of being able to deliver purchased orders to every Philippine-based Internet shopper, PhilShopping.com has collaborated with and tapped the services of the Philippines’ leading courier services namely: Air21, CBL Courier Express International Inc., JRS Express, LBC, Topserve Worldwide Express and XEND. If PhilShopping.com’s trusted couriers cannot deliver to your preferred delivery address on a door-to-door basis, the Website will inform and offer you delivery via collection at the nearest courier depot relative to the delivery address you specified. 

For other non-delivery circumstances due to fortuitous events (rebellion, insurgency, martial law, political upheaval, civil disturbances, strikes, etc) and/or force majeur (acts of God, natural calamities, epidemics etc.), a PhilShopping.com customer service representative will contact you to inform you that the courier cannot deliver to your preferred address and will request for an alternate delivery address. Otherwise PhilShopping.com will not process your orders. PhilShopping.com will not charge customers for unprocessed orders.

Please note that PhilShopping.com and its couriers are not liable for delays or non-deliveries due to force majeur and fortuitous events. 

PhilShopping.com Shipping Options

PhilShopping.com has collaborated with the country’s leading courier services in order to customize more affordable yet secured shipping options tailored to the common shipping needs of Philippine-based Internet shoppers. PhilShopping.com’s shipping rates depends on three factors namely weight, destination and urgency of delivery. These factors are then computed during the checkout process. In summary, PhilShopping.com’s door-to-door delivery options are the following:
  • 2-3 days delivery (excluding weekends and public non-working holidays)
  • 4-5 days delivery (excluding weekends and public non-working holidays)
  • 6-7 days delivery (option availability is limited and depending on the location; excluding weekends and public non-working holidays)
Counting of order processing days to delivery does not include weekends, public non-working holidays or days when orders have not yet been processed due to unconfirmed payment or flagged transactions subject to further anti-fraud security measures (ex. Credit card holder consent and verification). Upon confirmation of payment, PhilShopping.com will immediately process the order for immediate dispatch. Payment confirmation includes the following:
  • Bank authorization and confirmation of your credit card or ATM card payment;
  • Bank and PhilShopping.com’s verification of credit card holder’s identity and consent to the transaction
  • Bank confirmation of your bank deposit/payment into our bank accounts;
  • Globe confirmation of your GCASH transfer/payment into our GCASH account;
  • Smart confirmation of your Smart Money transfer/payment into our Smart Money Account.
  • Bank confirmation of your Internet Bank Transfer to our account
Finally it is also important to note that due to courier and security restrictions:
  • the availability of the delivery options may vary in some locations with limited courier access (ex. some locations may have all 3 delivery options, some with 2 or just 1).
  • some locations may not be eligible for door-to-door delivery. However, in such cases, order collection or pick-up at the nearest courier depot to delivery address will be made available and displayed as a delivery option during item checkout process for your consideration.
  • Upon launching of the Next-Day delivery option (to be advised), due to bank authorization restrictions and anti-fraud security protocols, Next-Day delivery service will not be available for Credit and ATM Card payments only. All other payment types (Bank deposit, G-Cash, Smart Money, On-site Credits) will allow Next-day delivery. Please refer to chart below:

Order Cut-Off Times

PhilShopping.com employs cut-off times in order to organize its delivery schedule. All orders must be confirmed paid (and card holder identity verified for credit card payments) before 1:00PM  (Manila time) on the day of ordering for immediate processing and to ensure immediate dispatch in order to fulfill customers’ preferred delivery. Order transactions that require further card holder identity verification must be complied with on or before the cut-off time.

Note: Couriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays (and city holidays where appropriate). All orders confirmed paid and processed before 1:00PM on Friday will be delivered on the applicable/scheduled business day. Counting of order processing days to delivery does not include weekends, public non-working holidays or days when orders have not yet been processed due to unconfirmed payment or unverified card holder identity and consent.

Delivery schedule (Including time/day restrictions)

PhilShopping.com’s trusted couriers deliver purchased orders from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and public non-working holidays (and city holidays where appropriate). Counting of order processing days to delivery does not include weekends, public non-working holidays or days when orders have not yet been processed due to unconfirmed payment or unverified card holder identity and consent.

Non-Delivery

PhilShopping.com strives to fulfill every order that is placed through its Website that is why upon confirmation of customer payment, PhilShopping.com immediately processes the customer’s order for immediate dispatch. 

Furthermore, only Items that are confirmed damaged or defective by the recipient in the presence of the courier upon delivery are eligible for refund. Items returned to PhilShopping.com because of the following reasons are still considered sold, non-refundable and will only await further delivery instructions and shipping service fee fulfillment by the buyer: 

•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: Out-of-House
•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: Refused to Accept
•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: Unlocated address
•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: House ’closed’ or unoccupied at the time of delivery 
•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: Recipient moved out or Resigned
•    Item was not received by the intended recipient: Unknown addressee

What if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery (out-of-house)?

By purchasing through PhilShopping.com, the buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions (hyperlinked), this Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Cancellations, Changes, Returns and Refund Policy, which include buyer’s assurance that the recipient will receive the purchased items in good faith on the preferred date of delivery. PhilShopping.com and its trusted couriers will not be held liable for any delays of delivery due to the intended recipient’s inability to accept delivery.

For security reasons, unless the customer/buyer will provide us with formal instructions to consign the purchased items with the recipient’s housemate/relative, if the intended recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt to redeliver the item the following working day to the intended recipient only. After two failed delivery attempts, the courier will leave a ’while-you-were-out’ card indicating details and instructions that the item will be stored for a maximum period of 3 days at the courier’s nearest depot relative to the delivery address for the intended recipient to claim. A valid identification card (ex. Driver’s license, SSS card, NBI card, etc.) is required to claim an item at the courier’s depot. 

If the item remain unclaimed after 3 days, the item will automatically be shipped back to PhilShopping.com’s warehouse at the expense of the buyer (same courier should be used; cost of shipping will be the same as the initial shipping amount paid). All return shipping and redelivery fees must be settled by the buyer first before further delivery instructions by the buyer could be applied. Please note that PhilShopping.com and its couriers will not be responsible for any delay, loss, damage, or theft if the items will be consigned to another person (ex. Next of kin of intended recipient, etc) other than the intended recipient. Consignment will only be allowed and conducted upon the acknowledgement of the buyer during the checkout process (a tick box is allocated for confirmation).

What if the recipient refuses to accept delivery?

By purchasing through PhilShopping.com, the buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions (hyperlinked), this Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Cancellations, Changes, Returns and Refund Policy which include buyer’s assurance that the recipient will receive the purchased items in good faith on the date of delivery. What if the recipient’s address is incorrect/does not exist (unlocated address)?

PhilShopping.com and its trusted couriers will not be held liable for any delays of delivery due to the intended recipient’s inability to accept delivery

After an attempted delivery has been made and the courier determines that the recipient does not reside at the delivery address and/or the delivery address is incorrect/unlocated, the purchased items will then be stored at the nearest depot of the courier relative to the initial delivery address specified by the buyer. Our Delivery Department Representative will then immediately notify the buyer/sender through telephone or e-mail (based on the sender’s details stated during the checkout process), report the status of the delivery, and request for an alternate delivery address. A recomputation of shipping cost will then be carried out if in case the new delivery address is reasonably out of the original delivery address’ city/town (beyond 5 kilometer radius from the original delivery address as determined by the courier). A valid identification card (ex. Driver’s license, SSS card, NBI card, etc.) is required to claim an item at the courier’s depot. 

Our Delivery Department Representative will then immediately notify the buyer/sender through telephone or e-mail (based on the sender’s details stated during the checkout process), report the status of the delivery, and request for an alternate delivery address. Proof of delivery

PhilShopping.com through its trusted couriers issues proof of delivery. The courier will request the recipient to sign a proof of delivery form to indicate and confirm that the items have been received and is/are in good condition. Customers are welcomed to contact us and inquire about proof of delivery by sending an e-mail to delivery @ philshopping.com.

In addition, upon obtaining proof of delivery from our couriers, PhilShopping.com will update the status of your order to ’Completed: Order Delivered’. You may view the status of your order by logging into your PhilShopping.com account (under ’My Account’). Customers are welcomed to contact us and inquire about proof of delivery by sending an e-mail to delivery @ philshopping.com.

What if items were damaged during shipping?


PhilShopping.com conducts strict quality control evaluations during supplier delivery and dispatch to courier for customer delivery. These quality control procedures of PhilShopping.com ensures that every item are in good physical and working order before they are securely packed using environmentally-friendly and sturdy packaging materials and dispatched to couriers for delivery. Couriers also inspect the items and packaging to ensure security of items for delivery before leaving PhilShopping.com’s warehouse. 

By purchasing through PhilShopping.com, the buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions and this policy as well as the Cancellations, Changes, Returns and Refund Policy which includes buyer’s assurance that the recipient will receive the purchased items in good faith and inspect it thoroughly before confirming proof of delivery. PhilShopping.com includes a highly recommended insurance cover (computed based on 1% of total order value) against theft, loss, or damage while in transit for every transaction that customers must avail during the checkout and payment process of their orders. This small amount of insurance shall provide peace of mind against theft, loss or damage during shipping. 

By signing the proof of delivery, the recipient confirms that he/she has inspected the item thoroughly and has received the items in good physical and working order, and releases PhilShopping.com and its trusted couriers from any form of demand, loss, damage, claim or liability in line with the purchased order(s) shipping and delivery.

If the items have been found damaged by the recipient after inspection in the presence of the courier, the recipient can opt not to receive the item and not confirm receipt due to damage. The damaged items will then be returned to PhilShopping.com by the courier where an assessment will be conducted as soon as the ’damaged’ purchased items are received by PhilShopping.com. For customers who have insured their orders during the checkout and payment process of their orders, a refund will be provided if the purchased item is deemed ’damaged during delivery’ by the evaluation conducted by PhilShopping.com. Kindly note that refund claims for items lost or damaged during shipping will not be honored if ’insurance for loss or damage’ was not and included and paid during the checkout and payment process of orders.
